Position Accountabilities
- Lead by example, supporting and enhancing a strong, collaborative Group culture.
- Manage client requests and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, while communicating best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential compliance or risk concerns.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes for the Group.
- Participate in Division-wide projects and initiatives, contributing to the creation of common standards and practices.
- Update and maintain product white papers, FAQs, and client-facing materials.
- Oversee the communication, development, and documentation of policies and procedures.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to support specific products, initiatives, or process improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior associates to support their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence and integration for relevant products or specialties.
Position Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related degree, preferred 7+ years’ experience in consumer, commercial, or middle market/corporate banking 3+ years’ experience in specialty lending, capital markets, or related space
- Knowledge & Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting, economics, and finance principles. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proven client engagement success. Ability to prioritize multiple, complex tasks under limited supervision and changing deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
