- Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of recruiting with heavy sourcing emphasis
- Strong passive candidate outreach experience
- Experience supporting technical hiring
- Startup or scale-up environment experience
- Strong talent mapping + market research abilities
- LinkedIn Recruiter power user
- Comfortable influencing hiring managers and strategy
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Deep-tech or aerospace exposure
- Experience building sourcing infrastructure/playbooks
- Talent branding experience
- Creative outbound campaign experience
