Senior Sourcing Analyst

About the role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex service engagements from initiation to contract execution
• Lead commercial negotiations with a focus on pricing and risk mitigation
• Analyze spend patterns and market dynamics to drive category-level insights
• Build business cases that outline risks, trade-offs, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Implement AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and strategic focus

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly with services categories like BPO and marketing
• Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects from start to finish
• Expertise in analyzing vendor proposals and spend data for sourcing strategy
• Familiarity with S2P systems and contract management procedures
• Ability to thrive in an async-first work culture, communicating effectively across teams
• Experience using generative AI responsibly in sourcing processes

Compensation: $130,900 – $154,000 annually
