Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer requirements and risks
• Design and present scalable solutions in cloud storage, backup, disaster recovery, and security
• Deliver tailored product demos aligned with customers' environments
• Manage proof of concepts (POCs) to validate technical and business value
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance pipeline progression and accelerate deal closure
• Contribute to RFPs and technical validation processes

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
• Experience with enterprise storage, cloud, or infrastructure solutions
• Strong knowledge of NAS (SMB/NFS), Active Directory, virtualization, and Linux
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in storage and backup concepts
• Proven ability to run POCs and manage complex technical sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
