Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Role

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams for project execution
• Proactively manage project risks and ensure timely delivery within scope
• Communicate with customers, manage expectations, and resolve technical challenges
• Collaborate with sales teams for seamless project handover
• Develop novel thermal-fluid solutions and assess feasibility

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in thermal management and system design
• Expertise in heat transfer and related principles
• Customer-facing experience (applications, sales, or field engineering)
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects
• Experience in project management fundamentals
