Senior Solutions Engineer

The Role

Lead cross-functional engineering teams for project execution.

Proactively manage project risks and ensure timely delivery within scope.

Communicate with customers, manage expectations, and resolve technical challenges.

Collaborate with sales teams for seamless project handover.

Develop novel thermal-fluid solutions and assess feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in thermal management and system design
• Expertise in heat transfer and related principles
• Customer-facing experience (applications, sales, or field engineering)
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects
• Experience in project management fundamentals
