About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the engineering and sales team with technical solutions utilizing knowledge and experience in a specific field. The individual will serve as a technical resource, answer specific questions, develop and provide engineering solutions, and analyze/resolve customer issues using internal and external resources. Additionally, the individual will support design reviews and product development.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support with potential solutions.
• Support sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions.
• Interface with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required.
• Analyze, develop, and implement solutions.
• Engage with and support design reviews.
• Support the field support team with analysis/input for workarounds and solutions.
• Research and recommend new technologies.
• Recommend product enhancements and new approaches.
• Engage with the development of new products.
• Provide expertise to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in related subject matters.
• Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.
