Senior Solutions Architect, Supercomputing
About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join a team engaging with customers, partners, and NVIDIA software engineers to collaborate on applications and platforms leveraging NVIDIA technology across all industry segments. This role requires becoming a trusted technical advisor and leader to partners and customers who believe deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence can transform industries. You will also serve as a trusted advisor for other solutions architects on your team.
A Solutions Architect bridges technical expertise between NVIDIA’s industry teams, partners, and customers. This role involves dynamic engagement with internal developers, scientific researchers, data scientists, IT managers, and senior leaders, providing experience with a range of partners and concerns. This position requires a security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Partner with industry and account teams in a customer-facing role to understand customer goals, strategies, and technical needs, and help define and deliver high-value solutions.
- Document knowledge and teach others through targeted samples, white papers, blogs, wiki articles, or whiteboard problem-solving with customers.
- Lead integration of NVIDIA technology into AI workloads and workflows, HPC, and enterprise GPU and networking architectures for advanced applications in datacenters and at the edge.
- Strategically partner with lighthouse customers and industry-specific solution partners targeting NVIDIA’s computing platform.
- Use conferencing tools extensively, with some travel required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of work-related experience in data science or software development with knowledge of parallel computing with GPUs.
- Background working with modern application deployment practices including Slurm, Docker/Containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with modern Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture and frameworks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with accounts, customers, management, and engineering.
- Experience supporting customers/partners in technical engagements.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Experience applying data science to industry problems.
- Experience with GPGPU programming and design practices.
- CUDA programming and optimization experience.
- Experience with network software development.
- Published record of thought leadership in technical areas or industry segments (e.g., Deep Neural Networks, Machine Learning R&D, Agentic AI, surrogate models, or foundation models).
Pay
Base salary range: $184,000 USD – $287,500 USD for Level 4, and $224,000 USD – $356,500 USD for Level 5. Eligible for equity and benefits.
