Solutions Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions within the P&C Insurance domain using Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and modernization initiatives.
• Define and communicate architecture roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD), architecture diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with Solution Architecture expertise.
• Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture.
• Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in application, integration, data, and cloud architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience leading digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of security, scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Experience with AWS Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with GraphQL, Async APIs, JSON-LD, and FHIR is preferred.
• Experience with Enterprise Integration is preferred.
• Experience with Architecture Governance is preferred.
