Senior Solutions Architect, Generative AI

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within the Telecommunications & Hardware space. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to enhance GPU utilization and lower costs
• Design and optimize large-scale AI clusters across various technological layers
• Profile distributed training workloads to identify bottlenecks
• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues across various high-tech fabrics
• Lead proof-of-concepts and performance studies for AI infrastructure
• Partner with teams to secure design wins and innovate based on feedback

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in AI infrastructure, systems engineering, or high-performance computing
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems and distributed computing
• Hands-on experience with GPU network design and troubleshooting in cloud or on-premises
• Expertise in debugging NCCL communication and distributed performance issues
• Experience profiling AI workloads for performance bottlenecks
• Proficiency with orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Slurm

Pay

$184,000 – $356,500 annually
