About the role
As a key member of the NVIDIA Networking Solution Architecture team, you will orchestrate the conception, development, and execution of ground-breaking data center networks for NVIDIA customers under the Plan, Design, & Implement (PDI) framework. You will advance comprehensive technology solutions for strategic clientele in web2.0, cloud, HPC AI, and enterprise datacenter domains. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement in business technology, provide valuable insights, and furnish recommendations to both marketing and engineering teams to improve overall product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide Ethernet and routing expertise to customers during project delivery to design, architect, and test Ethernet networking AI solutions.
- Work on multi-functional teams to provide Ethernet network expertise for server infrastructure builds, accelerated computing workloads, and GPU-enabled AI applications.
- Craft and evaluate DevOps automation scripts for network operations, design network architectures, and develop switch fabric configurations.
- Implement tasks related to network configuration and validation for data centers.
- Create Methods of Procedure and deployment documents.
- Validate network architectures and configurations in the lab.
- Interact with customers to obtain required information to design and build an optimal solution.
- Use software tools to validate and monitor network performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of proficiency in networking fundamentals, Switching, Routing, TCP/IP, and data center architecture.
- 8+ years of strong routing hands-on experience including BGP, VxLAN, and EVPN.
- 5+ years of strong Linux administration expertise.
- 6+ years of experience engaging with clients for network requirement analysis, designing next-gen data center network architectures, and validating functionality through simulations.
- Background in datacenter engineering, CLOS networking architecture, or cloud applications (4+ years).
- Understanding of system-level issues, Linux OS, kernel drivers, PCIe devices, and computer hardware architecture.
- Proactive individual with the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to optimize technology and enhance customer experience.
- Experience with AI tools to improve work quality and meet project deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, technical presentation abilities, and experience providing internal and customer training.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.

Pay
Base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
