Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers during pre-sales for tailored integration solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions in post-sales phase with the Implementation Managers
• Develop and deploy applications utilizing the company SDKs and APIs for contact center systems
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes for deployed applications
• Regularly update stakeholders on project developments and timelines

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in customer engineering or related field
• Proven track record with Contact Center platforms such as AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9
• Strong coding skills in Go, Python, and JavaScript, along with API and SDK proficiency
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multi-stakeholder projects efficiently
• Consultative problem-solving mindset with a knack for relationship-building
