Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day IT point of contact and trusted advisor to G&A stakeholders. Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, well-documented solutions.

- Perform configuration, enhancements, UAT, security administration, and release/regression testing. Coordinate with outsourced remote MSP on a day-to-day basis – ticket triage, backlog prioritization, SLA tracking, and escalation.
- Support the underlying business processes end-to-end from IT, technology, and compliance standpoint, including contract lifecycle management, procurement, supplier data management, spend management, inventory management, and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and pilot new business technologies supporting future growth.
- Identify and build opportunities to leverage AI, Copilot, and workflow automation. Implement automation solutions that measurably improve efficiency and user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to modernize manual processes in partnership with business users, collaboratively with other IT team members.
- Serve collaboratively as application SME and partner for the design, build, and maintenance of enterprise integrations on modern integration platforms.
- Execute IT SOX, ITGC, audit, security, and SDLC/change management requirements, including evidence preparation and walkthrough support. Ensure solutions meet compliance, scalability, and operational standards while balancing efficiencies.
