Senior Solution Consultant (Remote OK)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote role will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to advance complex opportunities and guide customers through a consultative buying process. The Senior Solution Consultant will work across stakeholders from end users to executives, uncover key business challenges, and shape tailored demonstrations that clearly connect the company's solutions to customer needs. This position will also help define solution requirements and lead proof-of-value engagements that measure success against meaningful KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to manage complex opportunities
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from users to executives
• Lead customer discovery to identify critical business issues
• Promote solutions through a value-driven methodology
• Deliver tailored demonstrations linking solutions to customer needs
• Develop a comprehensive solution definition with clients and stakeholders
• Implement and evaluate proof-of-value engagements focusing on KPIs

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Solution Consultant or similar role in a growing SaaS organization
• Strong communication skills, with a talent for presentations
• Consultative approach to solving business challenges
• Proven ability to identify and address business pain points
• Experience selling enterprise solutions to diverse teams
• Familiarity with client-side and server-side web technologies
• Hands-on experience with web security concepts

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 annually
