Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

Ondaro is seeking an experienced ServiceNow solution consulting professional with significant private sector presales experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solution consulting and is passionate about driving client success.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversations with clients to identify solution requirements, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Create compelling proposal content aligned with Ondaro differentiators and capabilities.
• Draft statements of work to effectively communicate solution approach and protect both Ondaro and the client's interests.
• Respond to qualified RFPs for clients and prospective clients.
• Lead value-driven workshops that quickly define the "art of the possible" and ServiceNow fits for clients.
• Deliver compelling, story-driven ServiceNow demos that clearly define potential outcomes.
• Work with solution consulting teammates to level up skills and collaborate on opportunities.
• Work with the sales team to help define win themes and account strategy.
• Utilize an established Claude enterprise environment to accelerate daily work and individual opportunities.
• Maintain a focus on personal growth and development.
• Collaborate with all Ondaro teammates in a spirit of mutual success.
• Interface with delivery team SMEs and product owners to meet unique client needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT in some capacity.
• 4+ years of experience writing sales proposals and leading scoping efforts.
• 2+ years of workshop leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering client demos.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with private sector sales opportunities or 4+ years of experience working directly for a private sector company in a software-specific capacity.
• 2+ years of experience using chatbots / LLMs / AI tools as an assistant and accelerator, with a healthy skepticism to rigorously evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Broad technical acumen across the ServiceNow platform with meaningful depth in at least two areas.

Pay

Base salary range is $160,000 - $183,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
