Senior Solution Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solution strategy and demonstrate how technology can solve complex customer challenges. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling, technical fluency, and AI expertise to design compelling customer experiences and move initiatives from concept to validated impact. You will lead discovery, develop demos, and help align decision‑makers around solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Own solution strategy by converting technical requirements into customer value.
• Design AI‑driven customer experience workflows that enhance engagement.
• Develop and present demos and narratives to lead impactful discussions.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using modern development practices to validate concepts.
• Align business and technical stakeholders to influence decision‑making.
• Manage pilots and ensure successful execution from concept to impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in solutions consulting or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in AI concepts, particularly generative and agentic AI.
• Experience in designing conversational workflows and customer journeys.
• Proficient in coding or development languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.

Compensation

$123,100 – $216,500 annually.
