Senior - Solution Architect (Telecom-Global)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior - Solution Architect (Telecom-Global) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role will focus on designing and guiding carrier-grade telecommunications solutions that translate complex customer needs into scalable, implementable outcomes. The position partners closely with customer technology teams, internal engineering, and commercial stakeholders to shape solution strategy and drive successful implementations. It also supports technical workshops, proposal responses, and adoption efforts that strengthen customer relationships and long-term value. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor for telecommunications customers, with a focus on major carriers.
• Design carrier-grade solutions that balance customer needs and commercial value.
• Collaborate with customer technology teams to identify business opportunities.
• Translate customer feedback into product enhancements and solution designs.
• Facilitate technical discussions and workshops for both technical and executive audiences.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and create technical documentation.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to support successful implementations.
• Support training for customers and internal stakeholders to drive solution adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical solutioning in telecommunications.
• Deep expertise in messaging and voice technology and related protocols.
• Experience collaborating directly with telecommunications carriers and large technology organizations.
• Ability to convert customer challenges into scalable, implementable solutions.
• Familiarity working with cross-functional teams across various business domains.
• Strong communication and engagement skills with technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay

Compensation: $168,750 – $281,250 annually
