  • Extensive experience migrating complex legacy PDM systems and transforming engineering processes into modern PLM platforms.
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience, or experience within similarly regulated, highly complex manufacturing environments, with a deep understanding of compliance, governance, and engineering data management requirements.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter, including data models, BMIDE configurations, item and BOM structures, workflows, security models, and system configurations.
  • Ability to translate legacy PDM and process-planning functionality into scalable Teamcenter solutions while defining the optimal balance between configuration and customization.
  • Experience in defining and governing the integration strategy for CAD systems, BOM management, Manufacturing Process Planning (MBPP), and related engineering applications.
  • Expertise in developing solution approaches that modernize legacy capabilities while maintaining a clean, supportable, and upgrade-friendly Teamcenter environment.
  • Ability to provide accurate effort estimates, implementation assumptions, and solution recommendations that strengthen program planning and delivery confidence.

Skills

  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Technical expertise in PLM solution architecture, particularly with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Experience in modernizing legacy PDM systems and transforming engineering processes into modern PLM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven, agent-assisted, and data-centric engineering environments.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable integrations using APIs, services, and modern digital engineering frameworks.
  • Experience in leading architecture and delivery teams across global onshore-offshore models.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace and defense industry regulations and compliance requirements.
