Senior Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for complex pursuits
• Shape customer requirements through early engagement and market research
• Develop proposal content, including white papers and technical volumes
• Respond to RFIs and market surveys
• Apply advanced methodologies in Cybersecurity and systems integration
• Mentor teams and promote collaboration among stakeholders

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a public trust security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 18 years of industry experience, with 12+ years in technology and 6+ years in business development
• Proven experience in Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security
• Demonstrated capability in leading technical solution development for proposals
• Experience writing technical volumes and developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills

Pay

$180,000 – $271,000 annually
