Senior Software Technical Program Manager

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Senior Software Technical Program Manager to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage software programs and processes within multi-functional teams
• Lead projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Present project statuses to teams and executive management efficiently
• Operate independently, influencing team direction with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with global partners across diverse technical fields for project deliveries
• Establish and improve efficient development processes across teams
• Implement defined processes for escalation when projects deviate from plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years in a similar technical program management role
• Strong multitasking abilities and detail-oriented approach
• Background in Software Engineering and technical skills in compilers
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and operating systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving expertise in technical settings

Pay

$168,000 – $258,750 annually
