  • Knowledge of SysML (System Modeling Language) and/or UML.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Final secret clearance needed to start.

Desired Skills

  • INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP).
  • Demonstrated ability to author clear, concise, and traceable software requirements—including functional, non-functional, and interface specifications—that align with stakeholder needs and project goals.
  • Experience with DOORS a plus.
  • Experience in Agile development, Configuration Management, DO-178C.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex electronics.
  • Clearance: Active secret security clearance.
  • Experience DOD Software CDRL Development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, synergetic team environment.
  • Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
