Senior Software Engineer (SWE-3)

Mission Focus

Work directly with data scientists as well as mission analysts to solve the most demanding strategic problems; perform end-to-end software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy tools and tradecraft into the customer’s corporate architecture.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Java MapReduce, Python PySpark.
• Strong experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals.
• Strong experience with customer tools, architecture, data flow, and use of big data.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus eleven (11) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Security Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with software development processes (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance).
• Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and using Large Language Models (LLM’s).

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00. Pay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision.
