About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in our cutting-edge search technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced algorithms that enhance user experience and improve search accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex search algorithms to improve query understanding and relevance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into the search system.
• Optimize search performance and ensure scalability of the system under high traffic conditions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development and algorithm design.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of natural language processing and search engine optimization is a plus.
