Senior Software Engineer, Simulation/Integration

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop simulation software
• Drive enhancements to end to end test scripts
• Work closely with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software development, and HWIL teams to ensure compliance with integration standards and test procedures
• Understand and operate the Hardware In the Loop Testbed, including configurations, tools, and processes
• Collaborate with engineering groups to resolve technical problems, communicate status, and maintain documentation
• Uphold rigorous standards and processes through strong organizational and communication skills

Key Success Factors

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Diagnose and resolve software configuration or baseline issues during integration and installation phases
• Review problem reports and enhancement requests to assess impacts on testing and regression plans

Desired Skills

• Experience with Matlab development
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience developing and maintaining simulation software
• Ability to analyze test results and coordinate with SME to verify functionality and requirements
