Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby (and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails)
• Some familiarity or experience with other technologies like JavaScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
