Senior Software Engineer-RF/EW

About the role

The Converged Sensors team at Lockheed Martin is seeking a game-changing software engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced digital signal processing algorithms within high-performance heterogenous compute environments. This role involves collaborating with product teams to prototype and demonstrate multi-function sensor processing technologies, developing signal processing chains for execution in such environments, deploying signal processing algorithms through CUDA-based pipelines, and optimizing performance for applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to prototype and demonstrate multi-function sensor processing technologies
• Develop signal processing chains for execution in high-performance heterogeneous compute environments
• Deploy signal processing algorithms through CUDA-based pipelines to meet project requirements
• Utilize expertise in digital signal processing, C++, and CUDA to optimize performance for applications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field, with 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated proficiency with C, C++, and Python, and experience in software development approaches, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies. Active or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Other Important Information

Ability To Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Flexible schedules are available. The company supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to its employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.

Security Clearance Statement

This position requires a government security clearance, which you must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for. A DoD Top Secret security clearance is required.
