Senior Software Engineer Southwest Boston, MA | Hybrid We're partnering with a long-established technology business operating in a highly secure, regulated industry that is investing heavily in the next generation of its digital platform. They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Product & Engineering team and help build secure, modern software supporting customer communications, document workflows and operational systems. This is a hands-on full-stack role with a strong backend and integration focus, working across APIs, third-party platforms, cloud services and customer-facing applications. What you'll be doingBuilding scalable backend services and REST APIsIntegrating third-party enterprise platforms and external systemsDeveloping customer-facing features in React or AngularWorking with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud servicesBuilding secure, auditable workflows in a regulated environmentContributing to architecture, performance and platform reliability The right person5+ years of software engineering experience within SaaS or enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with React or Angular and Microsoft AzureStrong backend development skills, particularly REST APIs and distributed servicesExperience integrating external enterprise platforms, ideally across document generation, customer communications, workflow or content systemsExposure to document-related functionality such as templating, automated document generation, content workflows or document managementGood understanding of secure application design, CI/CD and DevOps, with regulated industry experience a strong advantage This is a hybrid role based in Southwest Boston.Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
