Senior Software Engineer, Product
About the role
We’re looking for a New York City based Senior Software Engineer who’s passionate about building products that transform how GTM teams operate. As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of features that directly impact thousands of revenue leaders’ daily work. You’ll work directly with the founding team on building the future of agentic AI.
GTM teams today are being asked to do more with less. Our platform changes that, but only if we built it right. You’ll be crafting the system that helps eliminate the busy work out of their day-to-day. Your code won't just ship features; it will fundamentally change how GTM teams operate, making their work faster, smarter, and more impactful.
What you'll do
- Design and implement full-stack features that blend elegant UX with robust backend systems.
- Arcitect scalable solutions across our entire tech stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Golang).
- Build and optimize cloud-native systems on AWS.
- Shape our technical direction, making crucial decisions about architecture and infrastructure.
- Mentor and uplift other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation in both our codebase and the GTM tech industry as a whole.
Impact You'll Have
- Own mission-critical surfaces end-to-end from API to UI that revenue leaders use daily to convert leads to revenue.
- Turn customer feedback into shippable specs and ship quickly, improving quality while shrinking lead time for change.
- Raise the reliability bar (observability, testing, fallbacks) so complex AI features behave predictably in high-stakes moments.
- Help build the leading voice AI platform for GTM teams.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and React. Experience with Golang.
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Deep understanding of system architecture.
- Track record of designing scalable, high-volume backend systems.
- History of making architectural decisions that stood the test of time.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern ORMs (TypeORM) and API design.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Background in building secure, compliant systems.
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations
- Understanding of GTM tech or B2B SaaS.
