Senior Software Engineer, Payments Platform

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and refine engineering requirements
• Architect and implement complex features with a focus on performance optimization
• Advance engineering processes and technical foundations in partnership with other teams
• Identify patterns for systemic improvements to streamline development and enhance quality
• Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 1+ year of experience in Payments/Fintech preferred
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing high-scale payment systems
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical leadership in project teams and mentoring engineers
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

$135,000 – $160,000 annually
