What You Will Work On

• Build, deploy, and maintain large-scale, complex applications
• Drive growth and retention for our core customer segment
• Work closely with teams across the business to ensure the API and MCP experience is as rich and reliable as our UI-driven experience
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver seamless integration experiences
• Own the public API through which customer data flows into and out of our platform
• Independently own large-scale projects from technical discovery through launch, with a focus on quick, iterative release and customer impact
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
• Build and improve platform infrastructure that makes partner integrations faster, safer, and easier to scale

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience
• Mastery of modern server side languages, Golang is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with SQL
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure management, preferably AWS
• Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers and acting as a “force multiplier”
• Experience working closely with designers and product managers

Pay

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $188,000.00 to $242,000.00 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
