Senior Software Engineer - .NET & React/Typescript

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of modern enterprise applications. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, driving technical best practices, and mentoring other engineers while remaining hands-on with the code. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with 7+ years of experience who thrives in complex technical environments, possesses strong leadership skills, and is passionate about building production-grade systems using modern C#.NET and React/TypeScript stacks. This is a full-time position and 100% remote. Must be comfortable working East Coast hours. Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of robust, scalable backend services using C# and .NET Architect and build complex, responsive front-end features using React and TypeScriptGuide design discussions, conduct rigorous code reviews, and provide architectural leadership for development squadsCollaborate with cross-functional team members, product managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality features from conception to deploymentEstablish engineering standards, drive clean code initiatives, and champion best practices across the development lifecycleLeverage AI-assisted tools to optimize development workflows, automate testing, and improve overall system reliabilityTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize high-scale applications for peak performance and securityOversee CI/CD pipeline integration, cloud infrastructure deployments, and automation effortsMentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth Qualifications 7+ years of professional software engineering experienceExpert proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (Core/6+)Strong hands-on experience building complex front-end applications using React and TypeScriptProven experience architecting RESTful APIs, microservices, and managing interactions with relational (SQL Server) and non-relational databasesSolid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and KubernetesDeep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e), and version control (Git)Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive successful project delivery This role is based in the US and only open to citizens and permanent residents of the US who do not require visa sponsorship.
