Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the online feature store for ML feature delivery
- Maintain data pipelines for computing and publishing features
- Develop data models and Postgres schemas for performance optimization
- Act as a technical leader for feature store infrastructure
- Collaborate with various teams to turn business needs into engineering solutions
- Mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to code reviews and technical design discussions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software experience focusing on backend systems (Python required)
- 2-3 years of MLOps experience
- Strong experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience building and operating real-time inference systems
- Understanding of reliability and correctness in ML-serving infrastructure
- Familiarity with multi-service architecture and Agile software development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
