Senior Software Engineer - ML Model Training UI

About the role

The team is a fun group of people to work with. We’re remote friendly, but also have good representation across CoreWeave’s engineering offices in the US. And there are many opportunities for the whole team to meet up in person too. We work on interesting technical problems, pushing browser rendering performance and visualizing terabytes of data. We’re in an exciting stage of hyper-growth building a product central to the AI revolution.

Responsibilities

• Scale charting components to handle millions of data points with smooth interactivity.
• Implement new features that help AI researchers at the world’s top labs explore their data and build better models.
• Collaborate with product designers to refine user experiences and with back-end engineers on your team on your team to optimize data streaming for charts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Knowledge of web-based visualization libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize front-end performance, specifically for rendering large datasets and maintaining 60fps interactions.

Qualifications

• Curious: Work isn’t about moving tickets across a board, it’s about building deep knowledge of technical systems to improve how they function.
• Collaborative: You like to share what you’ve learned with others on the team, and you’d enjoy hopping in huddles with others to debug a customer issue.

Preferred Background
