About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in our favorite search algorithms, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance our search functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced search algorithms that meet user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize search performance and ensure high availability of our services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in search technology and incorporate them into our products.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and improvements to existing functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development and search engine optimization.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, data structures, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights from them.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and cloud-based services is a plus.
