This role is part of an established engineering team at a publicly traded software company, contributing to an active modernization effort focused on AI-assisted development. The position involves working with a mature, large-scale enterprise application serving a global customer base.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to an active modernization effort that leverages AI. - Work with a Java-based application using modern tools and frameworks. - Build AI agents or AI skills. - Participate in spec-driven development practices. - 75% Java development, 25% Angular development.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience. - Proficiency in Java and Spring. - Experience with Angular. - Experience with monolithic and SDLC methodologies. - Experience building AI agents or AI skills. - Strong focus on spec-driven development. - 100% development responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
