Senior Software Engineer, Integrated Workflows

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Integrated Workflows to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building the integrations and workflow capabilities that help users connect systems, move content efficiently, and automate work across platforms. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to design reliable API-driven experiences that scale. The work is centered on maintaining compatibility, improving performance, and delivering iterative value through technical execution. A strong interest in AI-assisted development practices will be valuable as the team continues to evolve its engineering approach. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build two-way sync with customer record systems such as Jira and Asana.
• Design and maintain integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem and video conferencing tools.
• Develop and evolve the company's integration platform for team use.
• Manage content pathways in and out of the platform with third-party APIs.
• Collaborate across teams on shared boundaries and contracts.
• Maintain the public API with a focus on backwards compatibility.
• Lead projects from research to execution and iteration.

Qualifications

• Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with frameworks like React and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with third-party API integrations, including OAuth and rate limiting.
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale production software in agile teams.
• Expertise in designing high-performance systems.
• Interest in AI-driven development practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver value iteratively.
• Strong collaboration skills for effective technical discussions.

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
