Senior Software Engineer II - Agentic Intelligence

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer II - Agentic Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will focus on designing and shipping production-grade AI agents that work with live observability data, from early scoping through maintenance. The ideal candidate will partner closely with product and user feedback loops to turn prototype ideas into durable features that improve how customers understand and act on their data. You will also help define success metrics, extend core platform capabilities, and apply strong product judgment to build useful, reliable agent experiences.
