Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions for geospatial data analysis and visualization
  • Design and implement efficient algorithms for large-scale datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and project managers
  • Optimize software performance and ensure scalability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with geospatial technologies and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of geospatial data structures and algorithms
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
  • Knowledge of geospatial data formats and standards (e.g., GeoJSON, KML, etc.)
  • Experience with GIS libraries and frameworks (e.g., GDAL, PostGIS)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Leaflet.js)

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of geospatial data structures and algorithms
  • Experience with GIS libraries and frameworks (e.g., GDAL, PostGIS)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Leaflet.js)

Pay
