Senior Software Engineer I - Agent Foundations

Responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure for multi-agent orchestration
• Define and implement platform primitives for internal teams
• Design reliable backend services and APIs for agent management
• Arcitect systems for scale, resilience, and workflows
• Collaborate with teams to refine APIs and tooling
• Drive technical decisions in a rapidly changing environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production system building
• Senior-level experience with high-scale backend or distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong system design skills with a reliability mindset
• Comfortable operating across the technology stack
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments
