Responsibilities
- Help establish roadmaps and architecture based on technology and business needs
- Unblock, support, effectively communicate, and obtain buy-in across teams to achieve results
- Lead projects of multiple people from idea to positive execution
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
- Utilize your expertise in Python, Golang, AWS, AI to deliver robust and scalable solutions
- Proactively participate in resolving ongoing incidents and oncall rotations
- Share your knowledge through tech talks, mentorship, and evangelizing appropriate tech and engineering best practices
Requirements
- BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of software engineering industry experience
- Extensive experience in object oriented programming, ideally in Python or GoLang
- Experience in backend software development of large-scale distributed systems, concurrency, and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
- Successfully led the design and launch of multiple components from concept to production

Schedule
Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
