Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and orchestration to ingest, transform, and load data from enterprise sources.
• Develop robust warehousing and storage solutions, advocating schema design and data modeling best practices to power search, analytics, and AI models.
• Implement data governance, quality monitoring, and alerting systems while ensuring strict compliance with security, access control, and wipeout policies.
• Partner closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver the data infrastructure required to unlock new features and product capabilities.
• Optimize data flows to achieve the ideal balance of cost-efficiency, data freshness, and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages; 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field; 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms; Experience developing accessible technologies; Experience with data processing and data analytics.
