Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack
About Us
Harmonic is the startup discovery engine. We aim to address the issue of great startup opportunities going unfunded due to lack of signal rather than talent. By mapping the entire startup landscape and building tools to help put the right companies in front of the right people, we empower investors, corporate development, and GTM teams to find and act on breakthrough companies before they become obvious.
We are currently seeking full-stack engineers to join one of our three key teams: Discovery, Flow, and Ecosystem. Each team plays a crucial role in Harmonic’s mission.
Discovery
We build the intelligence layer behind Harmonic, transforming hundreds of fragmented, unstructured sources into structured knowledge about startups, investors, and people. Our goal is to create an agentic research system that allows VCs to explore the startup ecosystem through natural language and structured queries, identifying breakout companies before others do.
Flow
Flow is Harmonic's deal management system, built natively on top of our knowledge graph. Unlike traditional CRM systems, Flow integrates seamlessly with our knowledge graph, allowing VCs to manage deals, track companies, and collaborate directly within the platform. This unified approach ensures a more efficient and intuitive process for sourcing, researching, and triaging investment opportunities.
Ecosystem
Ecosystem focuses on integrating Harmonic into various platforms where investors already work, ensuring that all relevant data is brought back into our product as core context. This integration enhances the overall user experience and provides deeper insights into potential investments.
