What You Will Do
- Work on complex technical problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
- Effectively contribute at all phases of the SW development lifecycle, including SW/HW integration.
- Develop RT embedded SW, specifically pertaining to various radar modes and capabilities.
- Utilize strong investigation and troubleshooting skills to assess issues and develop solutions.
- Work effectively with team across multiple disciplines, internal and external.
- Effectively contribute to program and customer meetings/reviews.
- Support the program leads as needed regarding technical decision making, problem resolution.
- Perform technical leadership roles for at least one key tasks or line item on programs.
- Mentor at least one other engineer on programs in areas of knowledge and expertise.
- Support of system and software requirements and architecture generation and analysis as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Development experience coding in C/C++/ADA or related languages/tools across phases of SDLC.
- Experience working on UNIX, Linux, Windows, VxWorks or other RTOS.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum team hyper-collaborative team environment using typical agile oriented tool suite.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Current DoD Secret and Top Secret Clearance.
- Experience developing Radar Software applications.
- Direct experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot tool and system operation performance issues.
- Experience with large complex systems such as airborne radars.

Pay Range
95,500 USD - 181,700 USD
