Senior Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage core developer infrastructure services like CI and deployment orchestration
• Enhance engineering productivity metrics such as build speed and test reliability
• Take full ownership of services, including architecture and operational responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain points and implement platform enhancements
• Lead the technical design for significant cross-team projects and oversee their production rollout
• Mentor fellow engineers and influence the technical direction of the platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production software with expertise in distributed systems and proficiency in Go or a similar language
• Promised history of delivering impactful backend systems from design to production
• Strong focus on reliability, security, and observability in software operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Customer-centric approach, measuring success by the impact on engineering teams' productivity
• Experience in developer infrastructure domains like CI/CD, build systems, and test infrastructure
• Familiarity with cloud technologies including Kubernetes and AWS
