Senior Software Engineer, Dev Ops

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Dev Ops to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on building and improving the tooling, automation, and infrastructure that enable reliable software delivery at scale. You will partner closely with engineering teams to strengthen deployment workflows, increase operational consistency, and support modern cloud-based systems. The position will play a key part in driving efficiency, scalability, security, and availability across the development and production environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for software processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency and developer productivity Collaborate with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices Champion automation-first approaches for operational consistency Design and support secure, highly available cloud infrastructure Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or CloudFormation Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting, building, and supporting highly scalable software and infrastructure solutions Proven experience deploying and managing production workloads within AWS and/or Microsoft Azure Experience implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices Demonstrated success designing solutions that deliver high availability, scalability, and reliability Benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment Collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations Access to opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth Potential for working on cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure solutions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
