Senior Software Engineer, Core Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects that enhance how engineers build and deploy code
• Take ownership of initiatives from design to execution, ensuring improvements in developer velocity
• Collaborate with technical leads and engineering manager to prioritize initiatives
• Mentor team members, setting standards for high-quality code and maintainability
• Work on migrating legacy frameworks and implementing modern tooling
• Define standards and frameworks for use across Core engineering teams
• Stay updated with modern AI tools and integrate them into developer workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like TypeScript and React
• Deep experience with developer tooling including build systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to modernize large codebases and migrate frameworks
• Experience leading complex, cross-engineer projects with measurable results
• Strong problem-solving skills balancing short-term and long-term solutions
• Collaborative communicator who mentors engineers and partners across teams
