Senior Software Engineer - Commercial Navigation

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Commercial Navigation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building and improving customer-facing navigation experiences that help users move through complex workflows with clarity and efficiency. You will own features from design through production rollout, balancing quality, usability, and customer impact. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to turn ambiguous needs into practical technical plans and measurable outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own navigation features from design to production rollout, including quality and customer impact
• Write maintainable, well-tested code while adhering to high engineering standards
• Design and implement features across mobile, backend, and web navigation experiences
• Transform ambiguity into actionable plans by aligning with stakeholders on priorities and metrics
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive navigation solutions
• Embed and advocate for company cultural principles in team operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in software development
• Proven track record in shipping customer-facing software across mobile, web, or backend services
• Proficiency with AI development tools in a practical setting
• Depth in at least one software area with the ability to contribute across others

Pay

$130,900 – $260,000 annually
