Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product team to translate design decisions into implementable criteria

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of backend software development experience
- Expertise in Core Java with knowledge of threading and performance tuning
- Familiarity with database engines, compiler design, or front office investment banking
- Experience designing programming languages
- Understanding of JVM internals
- Proficient with AI coding tools like Claude Code
