Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across our core platform using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python—from AI agent orchestration to scalable data pipelines.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define architecture, quality standards, and development processes.
• Elevate junior engineers through code reviews, best practices, and hands-on technical guidance.
• Design systems leveraging LLMs to automate sales tasks, personalization, and analytics.
• Ship solutions that directly impact enterprise sales teams (ideation → production → iteration).
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and speed across 100M+ interactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years building production-grade full-stack applications (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python).
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role (mentoring, architectural decisions, cross-functional influence).
• Proven success in startups or high-growth tech environments (comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration).
• Mastery of distributed systems, API design, and database optimization.
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, product-driven teams.
