Requirements
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in computer science or related discipline.
- Five (5) years in computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in software development using C#, Python, or Java.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with SQL-based databases.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience developing web-based applications using front-end technologies (HTML5, Angular, object-oriented JavaScript, etc.).
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with web services and cloud deployments, preferably in AWS.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Qualifications
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- AWS Developer/Architect Certification.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-visibility projects on a tight timeline.
- Experience with web application security (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, etc).
- Software security skills including vulnerability remediation.
- Healthcare/Health Information Systems industry experience.
Schedule
- Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office per week).
- Travel may include up to 10%.
New employees hired for this position with a start date of October 1st, 2025, or later will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy (applicable to US applicants only).
Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $106,000 - $145,750, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
